Our Project Engineers are present at the client's site for most maintenance shutdowns months before they begin, to prepare the project and avoid surprises during the execution of the shutdown. To relieve you of worries, detailed plans for installation and removal work, spare parts provisioning, are provided in advance.

Additionally, as a client, you receive a daily overview of the total progress during the turnaround. It is in the interest of our client that we do not interrupt their operations any longer than strictly necessary. Therefore, we ensure that the overhaul is conducted safely and properly.
Modifying Valves
A crucial aspect of the project approach is the ability to modify valves. This includes tasks such as building up motors, installing limit switches, new positioners, strips, and more. We analyze the nature of wear or damage and provide you with advice. The aim? A more stable process and longer equipment lifespan. The maintenance shutdown presents an ideal opportunity to implement such improvements. A well-maintained and up-to-date plant helps reduce ownership costs.
